HtD timing belt change 3.0 V6 24V (AR16102) 1.0.0

Instructions for changing the timing belt on the 3.0 V6 24V (AR16102) including water pump, V-belt and spark plugs.

As the title suggests, this HtD is about changing the timing belt on the Busso.

The HtD refers in detail to my 145 with the 3.0 V6 24V (AR16102) engine from a GTV 916 (CF1), but in principle it can probably also be applied to the 2.5 24V or 3.2 24V Busso or other vehicles with these engines.

The front/rear and left/right specifications refer to the direction of travel, i.e., left = driver's side, provided the engine is mounted transversely.

Removing or tilting the engine is not necessary for working on the 145. This can, of course, vary from vehicle to vehicle depending on the available space.

There are certainly also points that apply specifically only to the 145 and perhaps not to other vehicles, e.g., the fastening of the V-belt cover, ground connections, or, as mentioned above, the available space.
